Auto Pay is here!
I am THRILLED to be offering this new payment method in 2017-18. I know how full your schedules and to-do-lists are, and it makes me so glad to eliminate one more thing from your list!
What is Auto-Pay?
Enrolling in Auto Pay means your credit/debit card is automatically charged when you receive your invoice (on the 1st of each month). Many of you already pay other bills in this manner – it’s simply an easier way for you to pay – and one less thing to keep on your to-do list.
How does it work?
It works the same way as any other automatic payment program (like your water, electric, or mortgage). Just add your preferred account (any debit or credit card) to your preferences to the portal, and when your monthly invoice comes through your email (as always), your preferred account will automatically be charged – without the lift of a finger on your part!
Can you walk me through it?

First, login at www.harrellmusic.com/login.
When you are logged in to the portal, click “Settings” > “My Preferences” at the top right corner.
Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and under “Stored Payment Options” click the green “Add Card” button. Then, fill in the pop-up menu with your preferred payment information. Make sure to enable Auto Pay by clicking “Automatically pay emailed invoices”.
Is my information secure?
YES. Your protection is of utmost importance to the studio. Your personal information is encrypted and protected. I will never see your credit card information if you enroll online.
Can I change my payment options?
YES, at any time. If you need to register a new card to be charged monthly, or delete an old card, you can do so at any time by logging in.
Do I have to enroll?
For the most part – YES. Beginning in 2017-18, I am asking every parent and adult student to enroll in Auto Pay. In 2016-17, 16% of payments were late (after the first lesson of the month). Enrolling in Auto Pay not only saves you valuable time each month, it also allows me to spend my studio hours on STUDENT-FOCUSED work. Spending my time researching and creating resources for your student is much more valuable than sending payment reminders!

What if there is a billing error?
I strive for complete accuracy in billing, and carefully review each invoice before statements are emailed. If you see an error on your invoice, please let me know as soon as possible. Your account will be billed per the invoice, but I will rectify errors via (1) credit to your account for the following month, or (2) a personal check.
Is this PayPal? I don’t like PayPal.
NOPE! Many folks have reservations about PayPal, and we’ve switched to a new provider (Stripe). I love this provider for many reasons, but the ultimate priority is your protection, which Stripe has covered fully. The main reason this works is because your account information NEVER crosses paths with my server. This means that even if my server is breeched, your information will remain untouchable.
